Was 5 stars but after but after last night, dropped this down to a 1. A party in unit 25 below our window was going until 5 in the morning. We asked them to stop and they did not bother. Called the 'emergency' mobile of the hotel and that got nowhere. I had to call noise control. Needless to stay we now have a 7 hour drive after very little sleep. What if it had been a real emergency? It's the only place we stay in Wellington. The rooms are clean and beautiful, staff are so friendly, and 2 minute walk to Courtnay Place.
I got transferred here instead of staying at the capital view, I got told I would receive a room upgrade which was fine but I was charged the same as what I was to pay at the capital view only to find out that the upgraded room was 30 dollars cheaper if I had booked thru them online. Nice room though, parking is good if you can get it.
All the basic needs provided. Neat and quite. The management was considerate. They gave us discount for extending our stay.
Room was awesome and good service. Only parking problem. Host of this property was good and very friendly. Overall good experience.
Clean, large bedrooms, nice bathroom, confortable bed and a lot of car spaces. We can regret the simple glazing and the exit not suitable for low cars.
