Most impressive affordable CBD holiday home accomodation. Bedding was luxurious. Parking access was superb. Location was central & walking distance to all landmarks of city. After hours late check-in was much appreciated. Spacious, comfortable, outdoor deck and environmentally sustainable products fabulous were on of several highlights.

It has taken us from January until March to try and engage with this hotel group re our stay, with still no joy therefore I am compelled to warn others! I would caution before booking with Boulcott Suites in Wellington. We had a torrid time with them when we stayed there due to an after hours plumbing emergency, that took several hours to resolve. They do not have a manned service desk and therefore we were compelled to call the call center (village group) who simply did not see any urgency in helping us. They finally sent a mechanic out for a plumbing problem!!! It’s a long story, but from our experience, please be careful when you consider booking here.

We stayed here over Christmas and it was really disappointing. The first night we slept in a bed that had the worst roll together I have ever experienced and we hardly got any sleep. They then upgraded us to an apartment, bed was miuch newer and a lot more comfortable but I have to say it wasnt a comfortable place to stay. Slightly run down and chairs etc werent the type you wanted to get comfy in and read a book. All in all I wouldnt recommend this hotel.

Requested parking as we have done in the past. They chose to notify us 90mins before arrival (having driven down from Cambridge) that they didn’t have any. I’m sure they did this to make it difficult for us to re-arrange our stay at another place.
Also told us at the time that the EV charger is broken. Again, rather than tell us when we booked, they waited until we’d passed the last fast charger where we could have ensure we’d have enough to get back out of wellington.
They said “dont worry, it will be fixed after the christmas rush, so won’t affect future stays”. They needed worry. There won’t be any…
Oh, and to top it off, the AC isn’t working in the room either.

I recently stayed here with my daughter for a long weekend in the North Executive Studio. It was great. Excellent location, rooms clean and very quiet at night. We had trouble with our flight and customer service really helpful. 5/5 !
