Upon our arrival at Capital City Ford, we were promptly escorted to the correct department. We were warmly greeted by Marawaan, who introduced himself and invited us to outline our specific requirements and preferences for the vehicle we were considering purchasing. With considerable enthusiasm and confidence, Marawaan presented us with various options, and his sales techniques effectively persuaded us to opt for a brand-new Ford Everest Wildtrak instead of a pre-owned vehicle. By collaborating closely with Wayne in the finance department, Marawaan facilitated our purchase of a new vehicle while enabling us to maintain the same monthly payment as our previous second-hand Fortuner. Moreover, Marawaan assisted us in trading in our Toyota. Throughout the entire process, Marawaan and Wayne kept us informed about the progress. We were delighted to share the unveiling of our new vehicle with our family and the exceptional staff who had supported us throughout. This experience was truly remarkable, and we will always appreciate the guidance and assistance provided by the staff at Capital City Ford.

Took them 8 visits to fix the boot door under warranty. Durring this they have damaged the roof of the vehicle where it joins into the rubber seal. They have also put levering marks onto the plastic trim. Apparently they didn't do that at the visit I pointed it out.... so its not their problem. Must have been one of the other garages that tried to fix the boot 8 times. Took them three visits to fix the drivers seat, one of those visits they even managed to glue the seat switches together so they dont work. Then they didn't clean the glue off the carpet that they spilt. They also replaced a seat panel and broke it putting it in, but didn't do anything about it until it fell off and i complained. Then told me they would gice next service free, when i rang up to book, sorry theres no note about that on our system. Will not be getting them to do any further work, hopefully doesnt need anything else under warranty as I dont know what I'll do. I must add though that they did give me a free wof at about visit 3 or 4 and gave me a curtsery car each time at no charge (this is normal if you book it in i was told).

The service was satisfactory, but there were a few issues. The logbooks were not returned to the folder or glovebox, and the dash cam was disconnected with the wires left hanging. The overall service quality seems to have declined recently. Additionally, the vehicle was visibly dirty at pickup; it used to be cleaned as part of the service, which no longer appears to be the case.
