With considerable enthusiasm and confidence, Marawaan presented us with various options, and his sales techniques effectively persuaded us to opt for a brand-new Ford Everest Wildtrak instead of a pre-owned vehicle. By collaborating closely with Wayne in the finance department, Marawaan facilitated our purchase of a new vehicle while enabling us to maintain the same monthly payment as our previous second-hand Fortuner. The service was satisfactory, but there were a few issues. The logbooks were not returned to the folder or glovebox, and the dash cam was disconnected with the wires left hanging. The overall service quality seems to have declined recently. Additionally, the vehicle was visibly dirty at pickup; it used to be cleaned as part of the service, which no longer appears to be the case.

Was travelling to Kapiti with a group of American Muscle car enthusiasts from Auckland over the Labour weekend 2023.
My 2016 Ford Shelby GT350 raptured an oil coolant hose, this happened late afternoon.
David Thomas provided me with excellent service. He actually stayed back at work until the tow truck delivered my car.
Thank you David for your dedication to sorting out my vehicle over that holiday period, even spending extra care and time, into cleaning the excessive oil sprayed throughout the vehicle.
