Upon our arrival at Capital City Ford, we were promptly escorted to the correct department. We were warmly greeted by Marawaan, who introduced himself and invited us to outline our specific requirements and preferences for the vehicle we were considering purchasing. With considerable enthusiasm and confidence, Marawaan presented us with various options, and his sales techniques effectively persuaded us to opt for a brand-new Ford Everest Wildtrak instead of a pre-owned vehicle. By collaborating closely with Wayne in the finance department, Marawaan facilitated our purchase of a new vehicle while enabling us to maintain the same monthly payment as our previous second-hand Fortuner. Moreover, Marawaan assisted us in trading in our Toyota. Throughout the entire process, Marawaan and Wayne kept us informed about the progress. We were delighted to share the unveiling of our new vehicle with our family and the exceptional staff who had supported us throughout. This experience was truly remarkable, and we will always appreciate the guidance and assistance provided by the staff at Capital City Ford.

The service was satisfactory, but there were a few issues. The logbooks were not returned to the folder or glovebox, and the dash cam was disconnected with the wires left hanging. The overall service quality seems to have declined recently. Additionally, the vehicle was visibly dirty at pickup; it used to be cleaned as part of the service, which no longer appears to be the case.
