Not impressed - went in yesterday to look at a laptop I saw on Trade Me to be told it couldn't be sold as it was advertised online. Later that day, the listing had been withdrawn. When I rang Cash Converters they told me that it had been sold instore!! When I told them i had been in yesterday and was advised they couldn't sell it to me they tried to explain it away with 'he's a trainee' Here's a thought, train your trainees in your processes??? They then offered to sell me another computer that was double the price as the one I had originally inquired about.
