An ordinary, business grade hotel. The room was clean and comfortable enough. Hotel lacked any distinguishing features or charm. My main complaint is that it simply isn’t worth the price. We paid for a harbor view room and basically just looked at the hotel’s cooling tower. The property has parking but it is the most awkward parking lot ever designed.

Always our #1 choice for nights in Welly.
Quieter than right in town, but still just a short walk to bars and restaurants etc.
Superb harbour views, genuinely lovely staff and comfy beds and pillows.
Only slight gripe is the limited parking on site, but that's mainly only a concern with later check-in.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the view was absolutely gorgeous, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were truly amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit.
While the rooms do feel a little outdated and could benefit from an upgrade in the future, it honestly didn’t take away from the overall experience. The hotel’s central location makes it very convenient for getting around and exploring the area.
The gym at the hotel is currently closed, but guests can use the large gym and pool facilities across the road, which are fantastic.
Parking was also very convenient, which made our stay even easier.
Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay again thanks to the cleanliness, beautiful views, helpful staff, and excellent location.

Nice enough room in a pretty good location , with views over the harbour area from the balcony. Close enough to walk to many restaurants and the museum and shopping . Or take a walk around the harbour area . Walking from here requires a little effort thou as its a reasonable up hill return from walk . Parking here is a bit limited and not free , if you have a bigger vehicle you would want to check the entry and parking area before entering as its fairly tight area to get into and out off . The rooms are fairly nicely equipped and very clean , the beds were comfortable, I didnt use the in house restaurant but it did look nice and good that they have that option available . I stayed here twice on my holiday and recommend staying here . Just be aware of the tight parking situation . 😀

PARKING! Red flag! No you haven't missed it - drive through that inconspicuous, horribly angled parking and that's where the hotel is! It's totally hidden, you can't see it. It's completely out of sight. There's no hotel front or grand entrance or any in this case. So yes, we didn't multiple round trips and up narrow, one way lane looking for it.
Parking also costs $30AUD (I think from memory) per day, but spots are soooo limited. They have parking outside for different rates, but conditions apply. So not entire great for cars.
Receptionist however, was excellent. A young gentleman (with blonde hair) who served us was both friendly and very helpful. Gave us from directions on how to get around and spots to check out.
