Really well appointed apartment - a full kitchen with everything you’d ever need for self-catering. Comfortable bed and great sized table for dining or working.

I’m currently staying here. It’s been shit. The roof above the shower is filling up with water. I have contacted reception about it multiple times and got told once that they would find a solution. Since then they haven’t gotten back to me. I am unable to use the shower because it doesn’t feel safe. I asked for a refund or a room change and got ghosted. There is also a massive crack in the balcony so I’ve chosen to not stand on the balcony because it feels like I will fall through. Worst place I have ever stayed in my life. Avoid this accommodation if you can.

PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL/ Apartment. I booked through Booking.com and I was asked to check in online, where I had to give all my personal details to a secondary website, ‘urban rest’ which I found was unnecessary in this day n age of identity theft.
We were initially placed in room 603, which was not serviced (full bins, used towels,stained surfaces). We faced difficulty calling housekeeping as the phones within the apartment did not work, and were travelling on a data only plan. After 2 hours we were moved to another room which had leaking water from upstairs. Using the bathroom n toilet was a biohazard which had made its way into the living room creating a miserable stench. Furthermore each and every entry has code and there are too many to go through in the instruction email. We also found homeless person living in the car park which was a worry to safety and urine stench was unbearable
We checked in at 6 pm and the room was not made and was dirty. We waited good 2 hrs and had to ask local to call the number provided to get our room done. We had only data and no NZ number. We were given another room after a long wait it was way past 9 pm. We didn’t check the room and went out for dinner. On coming back we found the gate to car park closed so could not access the car park. After using the street car park we found mysterious water droplets falling on us when using the toilet and bathroom. Biohazard droplets were pooling on bathroom floor. It was 1.54am and my family and I still were not able to sleep in a clean room. The photos posted are decieving.
To make it worse there are more emails as to how we should tidy the place before vacating. This place was an absolute shocker with eerie faceless ghost reception.
Booking.com has let me down big time as they should check verify what they advertise. $475 for 2 nights of unusable place. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE on any website.

Absolute nightmare checking in - no one at reception, they didnt send the check in details, we spent hours trying to find someone to help the number for Urban rest didn't connect to a person - absolute nightmare nearly had to find somewhere else after booking the penthouse suite, after a few hours we managed to get hold of someone to get the check in details, the next day there were guests checking in exactly like us the day before - stressed trying to get hold of someone ... an absolute nightmare.. the room wasn't serviced during our stay so we had 1 towel each for the duration of our stay 5 days and the dryer didn't work to try wash them... Pool and gym closed for maintaince (prob because no one on site to manage) but not told about it till you get there - the apartment was great but the service is absolutely disgusting! The carpark underneath had people (homeless) sleeping in there which wasn't pleasant having to walk quite a way through it to hotel.

Booked a 2 bedroom room with city views.
Upon arrival we found a one bedroom room with a view of a concrete wall.
The furniture was filthy, I had to buy cleaning products just so we could sit on the couch.
The jug leaked boiling water on to the bench when used and half the cutlery was missing. Rang the phone number provided but no one answered.
