Service was good. Rooms clean and tidy but looking a bit dated. Beds were comfortable but a bit om the small side. Not much of a view
Price wise it is quite reasonable. We had a double Queen. The room comes with no frills, very basic but tidy and clean. The pillows were really nice, the bed was not the best. The breakfast buffet seemed a bit pricey but we felt that it was fair for all it offered. The staff was very friendly. Mecca, and other shops are 5 Min walk. It's right in the centre of CBD. Location wise it's perfect. Right outside the hotel, there are cafes. Wilson parking is at 1 Min drive and 2 Min walk. Actually there are more than one Wilson parkings in walking distance. Water front is less than ten minutes walk.

Great central location for business and shopping. Enjoyed comfortable clean and modern room. Staff didn't mention anything about breakfast so little bit confused in the morning.
Only booked this as close to Ferry port. So outdated the place needs a major update. Only given 2 milks and 2 tea bags (for 2 people) more needs to be supplied. Wellington is so run down visited before and noticed a huge difference quite a few beggars this time with one being aggressive to people. Went to Hotel Bristol and food was a bit of a let down from when we last visited the place was empty and noticed hardly anyone around in Wellington. Wouldnt stay here again it was depressing
