I'm a Wellingtonian who spent the night here with my sister visiting from Auckland. She has a wheelchair so accessiblity was important. We had a wonderful stay. There was an issue when we arrived, with whether the room was accessible (I had booked through booking.com and heen very specific in my booking) and was told by the extremely kind and friendly person at the desk, they weren't entirely sure it would be accessible as it had a shower over bath. They were more than happy to show us the room and work something else out if need be. As we were leaving early we were both happy to forgo a shower first thing, and every other aspect of the room and bathroom were great for the wheelchair and for us! We ordered room service for a treat and it was delicious! The beds and pillows were so comfortable, I wished I could've had a 4pm checkout and stayed all day.
Every staff member we encountered was completely lovely. For a high turnover hotel I'm very impressed. Especially with extra needs like accessibility.
Recommend. 👍

Nice easy stay in January with no issues. Great parking, there's a lift from the main lobby that takes you straight onto lambton quay which made it easy for us to walk to places. Lots of resteraunts and central. Clean room had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Stayed for 2 nights during our trip to NZ.
Awesome rooms. Well maintained and clean.
Front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. The housekeeping staff were even better (left a big bunch of chocolates in the room for my son with a really nice note).
The location is awesome (stones throw from the cable car).
The spread of breakfast was really good. The chef made one of the best omelettes. The apple juice actually tasted of apples (and not the usual Boxed taste). The hash browns were awesome.

Great location. Needed somewhere easy to get to due to being in Welfor surgery. Overnight parking only a few metres from the front desk was so helpful. Treated ourselves to buffet dinner and was very satisfied withe selection available. Room we chose was nothing too fancy but we were staying there on a budget so was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

This place made it easy for us to stay and enjoy Wellington. The hotel staff are very friendly. Got easy parking. Just remember to take more than 3 tickets for parking if you planning to go out often.
Loved the views from the Hotel. The rooms are well equipped and very big. The suites are posted suites for couples as it has open bathroom but I guess they also have rooms with closed ones which are suited for families.
The hotel is walking distance to most of the places you wanna visit and mostly to the wharf arena.
The room had smart TV which made life so much easier as I could play stuff from my phone.
Breakfast was not included unfortunately which we had to pay. The food was nice though and kitchen staff were very nice.
