The room was great and we love the location. But the restaurant is our favourite. Amazing food for dinner - we were so impressed. Beautiful salmon and tender eye fillet steak.

Luxury room for a good price. Helpful staff, very clean and brilliant location. Will definitely be staying here again next trip!

Can't go wrong with Novotel in general, but Wellington staff went over and above with a slice of cake waiting for my son to wish him a happy birthday! They also recovered a toy left behind and held onto it until a friend picked it up. Clean, comfortable and in a handy location.

Really enjoying our stay. All the amenities at our fingertips. The bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and the shower has great pressure. Car parking right next door just a small walk excellent staff and the restaurant is delicious too

I feel like they should've told us there was no free parking an email or at least the website letting us know would've been nice. We were only given two teaspoons two sets of glasses and cups even though we let them know there was four of us. It would've been nice if cutlery, bowls and plates were provided. Most hotels have free wifi but not this one which is really weird. The lady at the front was kind of rude. Would've been nice if an email had informed us that there's a $100 bond. Location and view was really nice though, so there's that at least. Just a lot of unexpected things which would've been nice if we were informed beforehand
