Easy and friendly check in. Easy access to basic gym which had nice equipment. Offered access to larger gym but I did not try this out. The basic gym had what I needed. Great access to Lambton Quay and easy 15 min walk to Te Papa and the convention centre. The room is a bit bright red accent which was a bit jarring but the room was good enough. Comfortable and clean even though it was a bit small. Unfortunately, the windows do not open. The dinner was great. I stayed four nights and ate x 2 dinner. Well worth it. Breakfast not so much. Overall. I would go back again.

Perfect location for exploring the city and surrounding areas. The restaurant is worth a visit. The room was comfortable but old and the bathroom is poorly setup. Despite requests for attention the shower leaked more water than came through the shower head.

Easy to find!
People were nice and very easy check in.
Only real offence was the gross colour outside the room which isn’t an issue. I was given a room that viewed the harbour and was quiet mostly.
It’s pretty stock standard for the novotels
Everything was easy and good to go when asked.
I would just say that if you aren’t big on hills probably don’t visit Wellington or find somewhere flat to stay

Had a room on the 8th floor:
- Room was spacious and very clean.
- Beds were excellent. Comfortable and very easy to fall asleep.
- The service was the best part. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accomodating.
- The location is in the heart of Wellington CBD and if you plan on walking the city, I highly recommend.
- While there is public parking available I recommend the valet service, on demand you can receive your car and removed the hassle of finding parking and gives added security.
Overall a pleasant experience and recommend.

I had a nice stay and enjoyed all the complimentary the hotel provided. However, in the end I was charged for the parking fee 45$, and I had been chasing the hotel both phone call and emails but I haven't received any feedback until I had to go back to the hotel and asked what's wrong. The manager was there but didn't seem to want to come apologise by himself. I don't feel I was treated as a platinum member, not even a member. Big regret
