They are filling the mini fridge with different brands of can beer and wine to taste but unfortunately they don’t tell us that if we have those they will charge us for all of those after checking out.
After returning home we got bill of $100+ which directly mean its a scam
Don’t recommend at all ☹️
If you want parking space its $45 extra for 1 night 1 space🤔
For positive site breakfast was great and service was excellent 👌

We recently stayed at Rydges Wellington on Featherston Street to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday, and it turned out to be a really special experience.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made the occasion feel memorable. We were surprised with a complimentary bottle of bubbly and a lovely card, which was such a thoughtful touch and really set the tone for our stay.
The location is one of the hotel’s biggest strengths—right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly easy to walk to the waterfront and nearby attractions.
We stayed in one of their Executive Suites, and it was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great layout and all the amenities you’d expect. The bed was especially comfortable, and it felt like a real treat for a special occasion.
One of the highlights was the view from our bedroom—we had an amazing vantage point of the fireworks celebrating the Lunar New Year, which made the experience even more memorable.
Service throughout our stay was friendly and efficient. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and staff were always helpful when needed.
We also made use of the pool and gym facilities, which were well-maintained and a nice bonus during our stay.
Overall, Rydges Wellington was the perfect place to celebrate a milestone birthday. Comfortable, well-located, and with thoughtful touches that made our stay feel extra special—we’d definitely stay again.

Stayed here once before and I am going back there again soon. Love this place. Beautiful clean rooms, spa, pool and rec room are fantastic to enjoy your time away from home. Love how I can get a shuttle from the airport to Rydges and the back to airport when I leave.
I recommend to stay here.

Spent a few days here for a conference. The location is great, the staff are super friendly, and the rooms are tidy and well-presented.
Big fans of the pool, spa, and sauna facilities! Another great feature is the option to decline room servicing for a small handy credit. Breakfast buffet was also really good, we had a minor mix-up with our inclusions due to an incorrect printout, but the staff resolved it quickly at checkout.
Only real negative was the massive billboard on the opposite building. It shines right through the curtains at night. Aside from that, a top-tier stay!

Swanky room but our hopes for laundry were dashed at the $5/pair of socks pricing. We were also not permitted to pay for our vehicle to remain in the valet parking for a further few hours after check-out, which doesn't seem like a large ask for such an upscale establishment. Nice pool and hot-tub but the sauna directions were a mystery. Located a nice 20m walk from downtown and right beside the ferry though.
