We had a lovely experience with the customer service team, we really needed private parking due to the personal contents of the car and they kept us in mind despite being full-up. One lovely lady with dark hair and red lipstick gave us a call back and let us know wed be able to have a private park. Made a long day much shorter, really made our day. The hotel room itself was nice, though we just knocked out once we got there.
Clean, comfortable, very compact room. Be good to have a chair with a back. Bathroom very clean, good shower. I knocked my fingers on the door frame of the bathroom as there is not enough space between hande and door frame.m Restaurant. It would be nice to have cereal options for b.fast. The evening meals were very good..
Great location, not far to walk to the train or bus. Service is a 4 only because the Arborist was closed and I wanted to go there. I got to explore other dinner options instead. The staff at the front counter were lovely! The room was small, I was on the top floor with a nice view. The bathroom while small had a very hot shower with great water pressure! My bed was so comfortable I don't remember falling asleep. I did score it a 4 because the room had no aircon and was a little warm but I fixed that by opening the window. For the price I paid it was a great place to stay and I would happily stay there again. It felt very safe as a solo female traveler.
Trinity is a simple but tidy place to stay I'd recommend to anyone spending a few nights in Wellington. It has an excellent central location and in-house parking available. The room was on the small side and nothing flash, but the bed was comfortable and it wasn't loud or bright. There is a 11am checkout, but unfortunately no room service available.
Very friendly staff and a great location. The rates are good and the bar is very nice. However, the rooms could use some renovation — there was a dripping pipe, which wasn’t pleasant. Overall, good for a short stay.
