5 stars satisfaction as a 3 star hotel with reasonable price. Standard room was compact with no views. However it was clean and well equipped. Enjoyed the big tv with Netflix and Prime videos. Staff, reception and cleaning, all friendly and efficient. Lovely breakfast and dinner at Arborist bar with excellent service. Great location. Everything we wanted. Thank you. Would stay again.

The room was to my expectation, it was affordable and within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops. Being on a busy street and close to the roof top bar (as I was on the top floor) there was a bit of noise, but never too distributive. The staff were so helpful and friendly which makes the world of difference. I was greeted daily by cleaning staff when leaving my room, upon check out the receptionist offered to hold my bags behind reception if needed, she even told me I could come back if I couldn't leave my backs at my next destination.

Good location in Te Aro, Wellington. Close enough to very easily walk everywhere but not heaps of traffic or pubs around. Rooms are clean and with all the basics. It's not a flash hotel but the price is pretty good for what you do get.
Parking available for cheaper than the multi storey nearby. Friendly staff.
Great rooftop bar with a street level option too. No late food or room service options but you are in the middle of town so not an issue.
This will likely be our Wellington go-to.

Value for money, great location, within walking distance to waterfront, Te Papa and cable car. Had drinks & dinner in restaurant (Arborist) which was reasonably priced for an inner city place & we all liked our food. Room was compact but had everything we needed. Would recommend this hotel.

Great location, not far to walk to the train or bus.
Service is a 4 only because the Arborist was closed and I wanted to go there. I got to explore other dinner options instead. The staff at the front counter were lovely!
The room was small, I was on the top floor with a nice view. The bathroom while small had a very hot shower with great water pressure! My bed was so comfortable I don't remember falling asleep. I did score it a 4 because the room had no aircon and was a little warm but I fixed that by opening the window.
For the price I paid it was a great place to stay and I would happily stay there again. It felt very safe as a solo female traveler.
