Great service, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Great central location, very limited parking onsite, we were very grateful to get 1 space onsite for my mum and 1 at the parking building behind the hotel for the same price. All though rooms are older they were clean with all the necessities, perfect for our quick trip. Would definitely stay again.

Modern hotel near to shopping district, waterfront attractions, and dining. Only 5 minute to ferries; it take longer to collect a car from the pricey public garage on Broad St behind the hotel. There is a back entrance on Broad St., so you don't have to walk around to the main entrance on Wakefield. Modest size rooms, dim lighting, small bath. The shower had an unusual valve, and a jury-rigged dam on the floor to collect spray. No a la carte breakfast items.

Breakfast was amazing!
Room was stuffy! Ventilation needed!
Bed was comfy, parking was dreadful and I dont recommend if you have a family vehicle.

This hotel is perfectly located between Wellington's city centre and harbour.
All the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is also no problem here. The rooms are a normal size and very clean. There is also a great breakfast buffet. This is my second stay here in six years, and I would happily come back again

This place say 4 star, but its very far from that.
1. No heatpump in rooms.
2. Booked a room for 3 , but no towels for the 3rd person , no milk in the room , so each time had to call the front desk.
3. The morning breakfast was disgusting & cold , they did not accommodate for people who don't eat pork and beef.
Just a FYI - Not everyone eat pork.
4. Parking had to pay $25 , and they have limted parking - so if u don't get parking then u need to park else we're , and ur own cast.
Il never book at this place again , if u want something good , please look else we're.
Was in Room 312 19 may to 20 may.
Hotel if u want this taken down u got my info contact me.
Also I paid $290 , for that place , never again.
