One of the best hostels I have stayed at anywhere in the world. The staff make any problem small and the rooms are comfortable, with curtained bunks for privacy. Two large kitchens mean that meal times smell wonderful and the whole place is located right at the fun end of the CBD.

it's a pretty standard hostel but the shared bathroom showers where absolutely covered in mold despite the daily cleanings that where meant to have happened. Other than that the two kitchens are nice and it's pretty much what it says on the box, if you can upgrade to an ensuite bathroom, less mold.
Location is wonderful, super close to te papa and within walking distance of whatever you could need.

Basic hostel. Beds are very nice, but the bathrooms and kitchen are quite outdated. Especially the showers are very small, you have to squeeze in the cabin with not much space to put your stuff. Looks a bit nicer on their website than it really is. Would probably rather check out the other hostels around next time!

It is a very nice hostel. It is clean and the rooms are nicely furnished. My bed was a bit loud when I moved, but apart from that, it was one of the nicest stays I’ve ever had.

Great experience, nice staff. The kitchen and dining area are huge. I had a room for two, but no one showed up, so I had a full room for myself for 3 days !
It's next to amenities, and there are lots of parks around, and the dock is great to walk around. Some nice museums too. It's next to well served bus stops as well
